Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

For Self-Paced Learning

Raise a refund request within 7 days of purchase. The money-back guarantee is void if more than 25% of content is accessed or if the e-book has been downloaded.

For Instructor-Led Training

Raise a refund request within 7 days of the first batch you’re eligible to attend. The guarantee is void if more than 25% of e-learning content is accessed or if you’ve attended more than one day of online sessions or received recordings.

If a refund is requested after 7 days but within 30 days, 75% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds are available beyond 30 days.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

NearLearn reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event or change its location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events.

• If NearLearn cancels, a 100% refund* will be issued.
• If cancellation is done by a delegate 7+ days before the event, 10% of the fee is deducted and the remainder refunded.
• If cancellation is within 7 days, no refunds are made.

*All cancellations incur a 5% deduction for transactional costs. Refunds take a minimum of 90 working days.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed via the same method within 10 working days after intimation.

Note: All refunds are processed within 10 working days after approval.

Reschedule Policy

If NearLearn reschedules a training event, the following options are available:

• 100% refund* if new dates don’t suit the delegate’s schedule.
• Rescheduling and attending a future class at your convenience.
• Sending a replacement delegate with at least 3 days’ notice.

If a delegate requests to reschedule:

• 10% rescheduling fee applies if the request is 7+ days before the event.
• No rescheduling allowed within 7 days, but a replacement can attend instead.

*All cancellations incur a 5% deduction due to transactional costs.
